Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- You have been invited by the Editorial Team to submit a full contribution following submission and subsequent acceptance of a proposal. Contributions should be presented as follows: Title of contribution (no more than 20 words), Full name(s) of contributor(s), 150-word abstract and 3–5 keywords, Main body (all relevant text, image, video/audio files), Numbered endnotes or in-text citations (if appropriate), Acknowledgements, References/bibliography (if appropriate)
- Written submissions are in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format. Film should be submitted in mp4, audio files in wav unless otherwise agreed.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- A short biography (50–100 words) describing yourself, your work, and your role in relation to the topic of your contribution. Please also include any social media handles (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Declaration of any affiliations that could be relevant. This can be the institution where you work or your role in a community, for example. If your research is affiliated with a certain organisation or institution, this must be declared. Similarly, any funding for the research and/or conflicts of interest must be declared. If there is a possible competing interest that could be considered as exerting influence on the publication process, we must be informed immediately.
- Specific requests (and an explanation of the reasons behind this) for peer review.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
